☛ A guest is entitled to 75% refund if they cancel the booking upto 15 days before the date of check-in (before 1 PM).

☛ A guest is entitled to 50% refund if they cancel the booking upto 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM)

☛ If a guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, they will be entitled to no refund.

☛ Refund requests for any partial payments made will not be honored.
