Welcome to PRUTHVI VILLA. We hope your stay with us will be both - comfortable and memorable. All the furniture and artifacts are personal beloved possessions of the Home Owner. Please treat them with love and respect as you would in your home. For any assistance, do not hesitate to get in touch with the property manager.
House Rules
• Guest Register: As required by law, we request every adult to sign in the register and present their government-issued photo ID to the property manager for record-keeping.
• Smoking & Alcohol Consumption: Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Use ashtrays provided outside and avoid littering. Exercise caution in open areas due to flammable dry grass. Alcohol is allowed in limited quantities, but substance abuse is strictly prohibited.
• Meals: Inform the manager about breakfast preferences the night before.
• Breakfast Time: 8:30 AM — 10:30 AM.
• Pool Time: 8:00 AM — 9:30 PM. Guests not registered at Pruthvi Villa will not be permitted to use pool or stay overnight.
• Electrical Appliances: Ensure appliances are switched off when not in use.
• Eatables: Strictly not allowed in bedrooms. No room service provided.
• Kitchen Usage: For heating & reheating only.
• Food and drinks: Strictly prohibited in the pool. No consumption on snooker table or wooden edges.
• Linen: Replaced every two days. Damaged linen to be paid for.
• Music: DJ and loud speakers are not allowed. No music after 10 PM in and around the pool area.
• Extra Services: Coordinate with the manager for additional services. External services without prior approval are not allowed.
• Late Night Staff: Additional housekeeping staff can be arranged if informed in advance. Guests to incur charges for the same. Time: 10:30 PM - 2:00 PM.
• Fireworks: Strictly prohibited.
• Trespassing: Guests are not allowed to trespass on neighboring properties.
• Mosquito Nuisance: Keep windows and doors shut in the evenings.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Unruly Behavior: Any violation or nuisance will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
