Welcome to Pruthvi Villa. We hope your stay with us will be comfortable and memorable. All the furniture and artifacts are cherished personal belongings of the homeowner. Please treat them with love and respect as you would in your home. For any assistance, do not hesitate to get in touch with the property manager.

House Rules

• 01
  Guest Register

  Guests are required to sign the guest register at the time of check-in and present their government-issued photo ID for record-keeping. Guests who are not checked-in or registered as Pruthvi Villa guests will not be allowed to stay at the villa.

  Smoking & Alcohol Consumption

  Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Use ashtrays provided outside. Do not litter the property with cigarette stubs. Alcohol consumption is permitted, albeit in moderation. Spitting or staining caused by pan or gutka is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

  Meals

  Inform the manager about breakfast preferences the night before.

  Breakfast Time

  8:30 AM – 10:30 AM

• 05
  Pool Time

  8:00 AM – 9:30 PM. Guests not registered at Pruthvi Villa will not be permitted to use the pool or stay overnight.

  Electrical Appliances

  Ensure appliances are switched off when not in use.

  Eatables

  Consumption of food in bedrooms is strictly prohibited. Room service is unavailable.

  Food and Drinks

  Strictly prohibited in the pool. No consumption on snooker table or wooden edges.

  Kitchen Usage

  For heating and reheating only.

  Linen

  Replaced every two days. Damaged linen to be paid for.

  Music

  DJ and loud speakers are not allowed. No music after 10 PM in and around the pool area.

  Extra Services

  Coordinate with the manager for additional services. Outside vendor services will not be allowed without prior approval of the property manager and may be charged.

  Late Night Staff

  Additional housekeeping staff can be arranged if informed in advance. Guests to incur charges for the same.
  Time: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM

  Fireworks

  Strictly prohibited.

• 15
  Trespassing

  Guests are not allowed to trespass on neighbouring properties.

  Mosquito Nuisance

  Keep windows and doors shut in the evenings.

  Pets

  Not allowed.

  Unruly Behavior

  Non-compliance with the above mentioned house rules or causing nuisance may lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
