Refund Guidelines
Up to 15 Days Notice
A guest is entitled to a 75% refund if they cancel the booking up to 15 days before the date of check-in (before 1 PM).
7 to 14 Days Notice
A guest is entitled to a 50% refund if they cancel the booking up to 7 days before the date of check-in (before 1 PM).
Less than 7 Days Notice
If a guest cancels within 7 days of the date of check-in, they will be entitled to no refund.
Partial Payments
Refund requests for any partial payments made will not be honored under any circumstances.
